Coverage of the fourth day of the Second Test in the three-match series, held at Lord's Cricket Ground in London. The hosts came into this series on a run of poor results which eventually ended with the sacking of coach Brendon McCullum. They had won just two matches in the last 10 since a 22-run victory against India at Lord's in July last year, so they'll be hoping results will improve under new captain Joe Root.

Coverage of the fifth and final day of the Second Test in the three-match series, held at Lord's Cricket Ground in London. Coming into this series the hosts hadn't won a Test series since a 2-1 victory in New Zealand in December 2024. Since then they have had some disappointing results including a 2-2 draw at home to India that they had led twice in, as well as the 4-1 hammering in the Ashes in Australia at the start of 2026.
